We stand behind every deck we sell. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund, with no hassle.

Eligibility

Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

How to Start a Return

Fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and no return is required.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by our error, we cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original and place a new order for the replacement.
